To facilitate a capital refurbishment project, Conway Mill Preservation Trust wishes to recruit suitably qualified and experienced people to the following posts:

Project Support Officer will work with the Steering and practioners groups and liaise with tenants, contractor and local residents.
Finance Officer will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and reporting financial procedures and processes.

Project Support Officer (£26,187 plus pension)

To coordinate, facilitate, and record project activities including Steering committee, practitioners group and related meetings. Liaise with tenants, contractors and local residents to ensure smooth and efficient working environments during major refurbishment and implement relocation of tenants as necessary.

Must have:

  1. experience of project management
  2. excellent oral and written reporting skills
  3. excellent communication and negotiation ability
  4. excellent knowledge of Microsoft office and finance packages.

Finance Officer (£18,450 plus pension)

To establish and operate efficient and effective administrative and financial procedures for Conway Mill particularly relating to capital refurbishment project.

Must have:

  1. experience of financial administration, general office administration
  2. good communication skills
  3. high standard of knowledge of Microsoft Office and other finance packages.

Both posts are funded to 31 March 2010
