Applications are invited for the following post:

Clerical Assistant – 30 Hours per Week
Ref: AMH/CA/06/15
Pay: £6.08 per hour
Based in East Belfast

The Clerical Assistant will work in East Belfast Beacon Centre and will provide 30 hours clerical/administrative support to the Beacon Centre and attached Supported Accommodation Schemes, working directly to the Beacon Centre Manager.

Essential Criteria

  1. A minimum of one year’s experience in a clerical/secretarial role.
  2. RSA Stage I Word-processing or equivalent
  3. IT Literacy skills.
  4. Good organisational skills.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. A full current driving licence and access to a car. Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence.
