We are currently recruiting for a waiting list for any future vacancies which may arise. Please note that these posts are subject to funding.

Applicants must have:

2 years' proven experience working with young people in group work and individual settings in an employed or voluntary capacity. Applicants must be confident in their ability to work on their own, with groups, and on a one to one basis with vulnerable young people.
AND
Have an accredited certificate in a discipline associated with youth work e.g. OCR in Part-time Youth Work or OCN in Peer Education Level 3 or equivalent.

Applicants must also hold a current, full driving licence, valid in the UK, with access to a car and be willing to work regionally. This criteria will be waived in the case of an applicant whose disability prohibits driving, but who is able to organise suitable alternative arrangements.

All posts are inclusive of evening work and occasional weekends.

NB Successful applicants may be required to be security cleared by Hydebank Prison YOC and to ensure services are available to those young people involved in the Positive Steps Through-Care initiative within the centre.
