Employers For Childcare is a social economy business comprising a charity and a trading company. 100% of profit made from the administration of childcare vouchers is gift aided to the charity, to develop childcare services which benefit parents and employers across Northern Ireland.We are currently located in Moira but will soon re-locate closer to Belfast.

Customer Services Advisor – Childcare £18,907 - £20,736

Responsible for managing a comprehensive advice and information service on all aspects of childcare and work related issues. This service is aimed at colleagues, parents, employers and childcare providers.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer services and a relevant qualification or 5 years experience.
