FUNDRAISING DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
GRADE 4 (£20,855 to £25,544)
Concern is currently looking for a proactive individual to take on the role of Fundraising Development Executive to work in a vibrant and hectic fundraising office. Reporting to the NI Fundraising Development Manager, the successful candidate will help to maximise Concern’s fundraising potential from existing, new and potential supporters and provide excellent donor care.
Working as part of the Fundraising Development Team, the Fundraising Development Executive will be responsible for maximising Concerns fundraising income and potential from all Events, including domestic and international Treks, Collections and Concern Support Groups.
We are seeking an excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills who has the ability and flair to handle a number of tasks and prioritise effectively, with the confidence to work both on their own initiative and as part of a highly motivated team.
Applicants must have strong communication, planning, organisational, time, event & project management skills, coupled with excellent computer competencies and knowledge of marketing/relationship databases.
The successful candidate will present a professional image and will have proven experience in Marketing and/or Fundraising; coupled with proven presentational skills.
Educated to degree level, a qualification in marketing would be an advantage. As this role will entail a lot of travel, a full clean driving licence and access to a car on a regular basis is desirable or the means to travel extensively throughout Northern Ireland.
Previous relevant experience in a similar organisation would be a distinct advantage.
