The Health Promotion Agency are recruiting a Public Relations Officer

The postholder will be required to contribute to the marketing and public relations functions of the Health Promotion Agency including assisting in providing a service to the press and broadcasting media in relation to the Health Promotion Agency and its work.

A&C Grade 6 £21,549 - £25,212 per annum (under review)

Eighteen month fixed term contract or secondment opportunity

Essential criteria

1. A university degree or professional qualification of an equivalent or higher standard in a communications-related discipline such as public relations, marketing or journalism and at least three years’ relevant work experience in one of these areas (excluding student placement) or at least five years’ relevant work experience at a senior level in a communications-related field as outlined above.
2. Excellent writing skills with an emphasis on good grammar and spelling and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
