Groundwork Northern Ireland is an independent regional Trust, part of a federation of 50 Groundwork Trusts, which operate across the United Kingdom.

With a dynamic and fast moving approach, Groundwork NI has experienced ten years of significant growth and now plays a leading role in delivering a varied and growing portfolio of community development and regeneration projects across Northern Ireland and the border counties.

The Board of Groundwork NI is seeking to appoint a Director to lead the organisation. This high profile position requires a person with proven leadership qualities, strong communication and networking skills essential for dealing successfully with Groundwork NI partners. He/she will provide strategic direction and professional leadership for Groundwork NI within the policies agreed by the Board.
