The Institute for Conflict Research is an independent policy research centre based in Belfast. ICR’s portfolio includes work on conflict management, policing, youth and violence, hate crime, segregation, housing, human rights and equality issues.

We wish to recruit an Assistant Director or Senior Research Officer to expand our capacity and range of work, and to increase our level of expertise.

The person we seek will have a postgraduate degree, preferably a doctorate, in a relevant subject area, and experience of researching social problems from a policy perspective.
Experience of political and community conflict and research in a divided society is desirable.
