Rural Community Network
The Rural Community Network is one of the leading organisations responsible for promoting community development and networking in rural communities throughout Northern Ireland.
It wishes to recruit the following posts.
Rural Community Estates Programme:
Local Project Officer (Omagh)
Local Project Officer (Derry )
Both posts are job share (17.5 hours worked flexibly) however a full time post may be considered to cover both of the above posts.
Salary: £19,713 to £23,313 (Points 26 to 31). Plus 6.5% pension pro rata
The Local Project Officers will implement the Rural Community Estates Programme in areas of weak community infrastructure and will be required to engage in a local community development process.
The successful candidates must have a relevant third level qualification, supported by two years paid full time employment in community development, or five years experience in a community development role.
