NICMA - the Childminding Association is a charity and membership organisation which works regionally to promote quality home based childcare.
Our work in supporting and developing registered childminding over the last 22 years has ensured that childminding is recognised as a professional daycare service that supports children's learning and development.
We are currently recruiting to the post of Assistant Director
Responsible for supporting the Director in all aspects of strategic and operational management of the organisation, you will have a strong background in Early Years or Children’s Services and hold an appropriate qualification.
A minimum of 5 years experience developing and managing Early Years projects, recent line management experience along with a high level of awareness of children’s needs in relation to Early Years and childcare are also essential requirements for the post.
Salary: NJC Point 35 – 38 £27,490 - £29,859
