The vision for A2B is to empower and enable the older people of Northern Ireland to maximise their take-up of benefit entitlements. A2B will be developing online resources, available to older people, their carers, and Voluntary Sector and Governmental advisers to screen older people for benefit eligibility, prepare their claims applications, and submit their data for claims processing.

This role requires an experienced IT Support Administrator to work in a small but dynamic and challenging environment. Reporting to the Technology Officer the successful applicant will be responsible for day to day operations, the communications environment, and hardware/software issues.
You will deal with IT issues for internal staff, provide onsite and remote IT support for external clients as well as work on continuous improvement of the existing technical infrastructure.
