Providing a floating support service to vulnerable people with substance misuse and difficulties.
37.5 hours per week
Temporary: 6 months subject to funding
Wage: £19, 476 per annum
Experience: Applicants should hold a relevant qualification or degree in a related field. Driving licence and use of car for work purposes is essential.
Qualifications: GCSE English grade C or above.
Skills: Have a minimum of one years recent work experience with vulnerable individuals.
