Person Specification

Essential Criteria

  1. Minimum of 3 months retail experience at management level.
  2. Knowledge and/or sales experience of second-hand furniture.
  3. Have an understanding of the current legislation for the sale of second-hand furniture.
  4. Experience of working within and achieving income and expenditure budgets.
  5. Strong leadership skills including the ability to motivate and delegate.
  6. Excellent organisational skills.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
  8. Positive and flexible approach.
  9. Must be prepared to travel for training purposes and meetings when required.
  10. Must be prepared to work Saturdays.

Desirable Criteria

  1. Experience of working with volunteers in a retail environment
