Within your role, what do you use the web for?
"I use the web to research training and development resources; to keep up to date with further education and voluntary organisations in NI and other BBC Bus activities in England and Wales."
What do you use Community NI for?
"As we travel around NI we like to link up with different community organisations. I consider the Community NI site an invaluable tool for researching community organisations in all the towns and villages that we intend to visit. I also use the Sectornet search to find contact details as, although sometimes a community group will contact us directly, other times we contact groups in an area ourselves."
What do you see as the benefits of Community NI?
"The benefits of the Community NI site are huge - a one stop site for non profit making organisations, giving access to a vast array of valuable information. The site collates this information in a highly organised, yet easy to navigate fashion."
What do you feel should be Community NI's goal?
"To be widely recognised as an integral communication tool for communities across Northern Ireland. The site should provide a platform for communities to convey information about local activities, yet also be a comprehensive research resource."
