There are very few dedicated researchers in the voluntary and community sector and research is often part of an individual’s broader job remit, which can often mean you may have had little or no research training and may not know where to go to get statistics or how to undertake research.

This event is the second of four inter-linked sessions organised by ARK and NICVA to provide the tools and insight into how to undertake research that is of value to your organisation.

Designing research projects will look at: questionnaire design, focus groups, interview skills, audits and evaluations, ethical considerations in doing research, and involving peer researchers.
