The aims of the workshop will be:

To consider equal opportunity issues highlighted in recent employment tribunal decisions and discrimination settlements.
To explore failings across a range of employment practice areas including protection from harassment; reasonable adjustment duty; flexible working requests and use of English language in the workplace.
To discuss how similar complaints might be avoided through the implementation of best practice measures.

Participants will be provided with a copy of the publication: Decisions & Settlement Reviews (2006 to 2007).
