Writers' Workshops 2007 - These workshops are designed to guide new authors in the development of their articles to a publishable standard. The cost of two complementary sessions is £25 however; if a subsequent article is published in the Child Care in Practice journal a £25 book voucher is issued to the author.
This workshop will appeal to all those who have undertaken or are supervising substantial pieces of research or practice that with a bit of effort and appropriate guidance may be suitable for publication in the Child Care in Practice Journal. It will be particularly relevant to those who have recently achieved post qualifying awards or higher degrees. The workshop will be designed to support professionals from across all disciplines endeavouring to take the first steps towards the publication of their work.
The Workshop is to be delivered by Dr Rosemary Kilpatrick, Director, Institute of Child Care Research, QUB and Dr Brian Taylor, School of Sociology and Applied Social Studies, University of Ulster.
The aim of the workshop is to offer clear guidance on how to get your work into publication and is a collaboration between Child Care in Practice, Queen’s University Belfast, The Institute of Child Care Research, and the University of Ulster.
