Habitat for Humanity NI invites you or your organisation to take part in a 3 day Leadership Development Training which will enhance your leadership skills that can be used in the local and global setting.

Habitat for Humanity NI invites you to take part in a 3 day Leadership Development Training which will enhance your leadership skills that can be used in the local and global setting.

This unique training opportunity includes one day building on site and a 2 day residential programme that will cover:

  • An overview of ‘Leadership’: from teambuilding to vision
  • Team Development: from individuals to a team
  • Conflict Management: a natural part of team life
  • Coping with the challenges of leadership: Risk Management
  • Leadership in the local and global setting
  • Reflection on leadership and where to go from here
