This course is for those people who are responsible for managing volunteers with their organisations and resolving any difficulties that may arise through involving volunteers. It aims to explore the principles and procedures for the effective management and motivation of volunteers.OCNNI accreditation is available (3 credits at Level 2) but accreditation is optional.

Participants can decide individually whether they wish to work for OCNNI credits or simply attend the training.
