“We became aware of this programme [Diversity Works] and as we have a diverse workforce from many different ethnic backgrounds we felt we could learn from it…It proved to be an engaging, positive and ultimately beneficial project for us.”
(Finance Manager, Wilson Group, Belfast)
Diversity Works invites you to the Launch of 'Moving on Diversity: a pilot study on diversity management in Northern Ireland'. This study is the result of an 18 month diversity management process implemented in the public, community/voluntary and private sectors in Belfast and Derry/Londonderry.
The organisations involved in this process were: The Northern Ireland Civil Service, New Life Counselling Service and the Wilson Group. The purpose of this report is not only to capture and compare the diversity management process piloted within these organisations but to offer employers in Northern Ireland practical tools to implement diversity management in their own organisations.
