The Ulster People's College is offering a free three day course in Community Group Work Skills which is accredited by the Open College Network.

The course will cover the definition of facilitation, managing groups, understanding group dynamics, facilitating group exercises, understanding what motivates people to join community groups and how groups become inclusive or exclusive.
The course is suitable for anyone who works with groups in a paid or non-paid capacity or who is interested in working with groups and no previous experience is required.
