Event
Working with Belfast Exposed, members of the Queer Space Collective have expanded their exhibition unveiled during Belfast Pride 2006.
The aim of this exhibition is to challenge perceptions and celebrate the diversity of our community. You will see an engaging variety of images that reflect the unseen aspects of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans life. The event will also launch Anti-Homophobia Northern Ireland (AHNI) 2006, an initiative of the NI Coalition on Sexual Orientation (CoSO). Now in its third year, AHNI is about building partnerships with various organisations and sectors in order to raise awareness and challenge homophobia and discrimination.
The evening will include invited speakers from the Northern Ireland Equality Commission and the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission, live music and a performance by Quire, Belfast LGBT singers.
Venue: Square Space Gallery - Voluntary Service Bureau, - 34 Shaftsbury Square, Belfast
