Event
NICVA has organised an Information Briefing to showcase Community NI, a web portal for Northern Ireland’s voluntary and community sector. Facilitators will demonstrate the benefits of the site and explain how you can use and contribute to it.
What is Community NI?
Community NI aims to be the definitive guide to who’s who and what’s what in the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland and will feature news, views, events, campaigns, debates, online guides and Sectornet, a searchable database of organisations.
Who can use it?
The site will be of practical use to anyone with an interest in the voluntary sector, from groups and individuals to researchers, policy makers and anyone wanting to know about the sector.
Groups can use it to post information about their work, campaigns, jobs and events.
The event takes place in Omagh Community House from 11.00am to 1.00pm on 29 June 2005. Lunch will also be available.
Contact Brendan Kane at NICVA if you wish to attend.
