NIACE is working with Skills for Health, the Sector Skills Council for the Health Sector, to develop this Employability Matrix, to sit alongside The Career Framework for Health. The Employability Matrix will aim to define the employability skills required by individuals seeking to gain entry into and progress through the sector at all levels of the Career Framework.
The focus group will consider existing initiatives and tools, identify best practice and inform developments, through dialogue from practitioners in the field at all levels. If you have any documents or experience relating to the development or recording of employability skills, please bring these with you to the meeting.
