Ovid's Transformations follows the journey of three young explorers as they encounter Ovid's land of Metamorphoses, where every object is not what it seems and every stone has a story to tell. This exciting, new youth theatre musical uncovers the truth of the first spider and the heartache of the first echo. It follows three explorers as they recover from the Midas touch, avoid petrification by Medusa and prepare to battle with Perseus.
Based on a mixture of Ovid's 'Metamorphoses' and the cult cartoon 'Dungeon's and Dragons' this epic adventure will have you laughing in the aisles Monty Python style one minute, then reaching for hankies the next as the cast of 40 take you on a whirlwind tour of the land of Tombis and all its characters and stories.
