This one day workshop has been developed for voluntary and community organisations that face the challenge of covering their core costs as part of the management development programme. It is delivered by Sayer Vincent.

The aim of the course is to explain the principles behind full cost recovery and so help organisations to understand their costs better and present them in a consistent way to funders.
The programme will refer to ACEVO and New Philanthrophy Capital's CD-ROM template as a potential tool for costing projects. Participants will receive the CD-ROM of the Full Cost Recovery Template.
The one day course covers topics such as: types of costs in organisations, methods of allocating costs to projects and activities, simple systems for data collection.
