24% of the population of Northern Ireland aged 16-65 perform at the lowest literacy level.
A workshop for frontline staff who come into contact and deal directly with the public, as you are best placed to understand the difficulties some people have with reading, writing, spelling and maths. The way you handle their fears or concerns can make all the difference in encouraging that person to do something about brushing up their skills.
