This seminar will look at the recent Corporate Manslaughter Legislation with particular emphasis on Driving at Work and your responsibility and duty of care as an employer. It will include a speaker from PR Hanna Solicitors and a representative from the PSNI.

The event will include a brief overview of relevant Road and Corporate Manslaughter Legislation, Insurance Implications, pointers on how to manage occupational road risk and what to include in your policies to effectively manage this.

Who should attend?

All Staff, Managers or Board Members with responsibility for Human Resources, Health and Safety and Insurance.
