Northern Ireland charity Aware Defeat Depression is calling on people to help raise much needed funds for the organisation. We are having a bag packing day in Sainsbury’s Belfast and need your help!

The funds will help continue our vital services which includes a helpline that provides a listening ear for those affected by depression and their carers families and friends; a ‘Mood Matters’ schools programme which is an initiative aimed at young people and support groups throughout Northern Ireland, bringing together those who have been affected by depression so that they can share experiences and provide emotional support for each other.
