Training
This is the third of five charity advice courses that will be delivered in the Ballymena and Antrim council areas. Low levels of motivation and commitment within committees can be improved through training and ensuring those members appreciate their role within the group.
Committees and Trustee responsibilities examines the roles of individual office bearers and the collective role and responsibilities of a voluntary committee. It will look at the role of meetings and offer some tips on how to run an effective meeting.
The course will also look at the importance of planning and will delve into the issue of liability.
This course is interactive, allowing participants to ask questions throughout and is accompanied by comprehensive notes on the subject.
