MEP Bairbre de Brún lauches the POBAL report on the implementation of the European Charter for Regional and Minority Languages in relation to Irish 2002-2005, followed by a panel discussion on the need for comprehensive domestic legislation for the Irish language in Northern Ireland with Bairbre de Brún (SF) and Dominic Bradley(SDLP).
