Women into Politics is holding a rally on 26th March to highlight the poor representation of women in NI's future devolved Assembly. Only 18 women (16.7%) have been returned to the Assembly, which is no improvement from the 2003 elections - we wish to lobby the party leaders on this issue to ensure that this is not repeated at the next Council elections and future Assembly elections. We would be grateful if you could please join us at 11.00 a.m at Parliament Buildings Stormont. We will be meeting at the Upper Newtownards Road entrance at 11:00.
Please contact us on
