Meningitis Research Foundation is looking for thrill seekers to take on the challenge of a lifetime, seeking participants to climb Africa's highest Mountain 'Kilimanjaro'.

At the base of this huge dormant volcano is a tropical rainforest, home to elephant, buffalo, antelope and monkeys, beyond this lies rock and ice zone as you approach the summit!
The 12 day trek departing in February 2009 is a great way to conquer the summit and raise money for a good cause. You will be travelling with an experienced Northern Ireland company who also offer local training weekends before you head off.
Meningitis Research Foundation is a national registered charity and has been supporting the people of Northern Ireland for over 15 years. The Foundation relies on your voluntary donations to funds its work in research, awareness, and support for people affected by the diseases.
