This 22 week youth work programme will be made up of a number of components. The participant will have the opportunity to get numerous youth work related quaifications and gain work experience in the sector. They will also participate in personal development and mutual understanding workshops in addition to this there is also a focus on career development. The programme includes two study visits - one to Germany and another to Poland.
