Recommended for anyone who would like to handle everyday conflicts better. It looks at how and why conflict occurs. It will also look at conflict styles and alternative methods of handling conflict better and reduce the negative impacts that may occur in poorly handled situations. This course provides and opportunity to learn skills to deal with difficult situations more effectively (pre-requisite to other mediation courses).
