Belfast Travellers Education and Development Group and Belfast Travellers Support Group have merged to form An Munia Tober which will be launched on 29 April 2005.

The launch will include 2 events. The first event is in co-operation with Belfast City Council and will be on the theme of "Traveller Pride". This will take place in City Hall from 10.00am to 1.00pm. For the second event President Mary McAleese will visit the offices of An Munia Tober at 2.30pm. Members of the Traveller Community will be given priority to attend the event and some places will be available for other representatives.
