Fundraising level 2

(Delivered by Advantage Fundraising Solutions)

This is a more advanced look at fundraising. It will deal in particular with non-public sources of income and how different types of income have varying levels of constraints. It will provide guidance about negotiating sponsorship, tax-efficient giving and festivals as businesses.

  • East Tyrone College of Further and Higher Education, Cookstown 31 January 2007, 10.30 to 14.00
  • Coleraine Town Hall, 5 February 2007, 17.30 to 21.00
  • Ballybot House, Newry 20 February 2007, 17.30 to 21.00

Please note - courses, dates or venues may be subject to change.

It is not necessary to have applied to the Community Festivals Fund to take part and the courses are designed to cover wider issues of community festival development and delivery, not just issues that directly relate to CFF. This is a valuable opportunity to take part in training that is tailored specifically for community festivals.

If there is sufficient demand, the programme will be extended to ensure that all subjects are delivered in all six venues across Northern Ireland.

To apply for the free training simply complete the registration form. Please feel free to make copies for other members of your group. Places on the courses are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis so early booking is essential.
