CO3 is holding it's first ever conference for leaders in Northern Ireland's Voluntary and Community Sector. This 2- day Conference will be Bringing together a range of key speakers from Ireland, England, Scotland and Sweden, together with representatives of the Sector in Northern Ireland, this is a unique opportunity to consider the future direction of Northern Ireland's Third Sector. Already CO3 members have expressed cosiderable interest in attending this event.

What is the Purpose of the Conference?

The conference aims are:

• To inform leaders in the sector – give you space to consider developments in the sector and lessons from elsewhere.
• To inspire leaders – speakers and the space to allow you to be energised, provoked and motivated, through reflections on leadership or achievements by sector leaders in other places.
• To network – to give you the opportunity to network, creating a sense of the collective leadership of the sector.

Who Should Attend?

This is a conference for Chief Executives and Directors in Northern Ireland's Third Sector, including those who lead community groups, voluntary organisations, social enterprises, sporting bodies, rural groups and church and religious organisations.
