Over the last 8 months we have run several masterclasses and workshops to support you to develop your social enterprise, such as marketing; business planning; legal and governance issues, finding funding, putting tenders together, managing staff through the transition from voluntary and community group to social enterprise.
Now that you have had time to think over the issues that affect the development of your organisation, what else do you need to know to help your social enterprise get to the next level?
Panel members include:
Sandara Kelso-Robb from Kelso-Robb Consulting
Stephen McGarry from Work West
Jonathan McAlpin from UCIT
Teri Kelly from TKPR
What will you ask the expert?
Enterprising Communities is supported by the Renewing Communities Action Plan, administered by Invest Northern Ireland (visit www.investni.com). The programme is being delivered by Social Economy Belfast, a consortium of support organisations working in Belfast to build social business.
