This seminar will be delivered by Danielle McWall, BDO Stoy Hayward. The training is aimed at Trustees, Chief Executives and Senior Managers who operate at Board Level.
The training will focus on a number of issues ranging from: General terms of reference for the Board of Trustees; The role of Governance versus the role of Management; Adding Value to the organisation; Review of performance and Board evaluation; Liaison with Staff.
The training will be in the form of a workshop, leaving plenty of time for questions and queries.
