A three day international conference organised by Community Arts Forum in conjunction with Belfast Festival at Queen's, NICVA, and Rural Community Network.
Includes: Keynote address, international speakers, panel discussion, seminars, workshops and arts performances.
Conference events: the Belfast Festival opening parade and concert, film and discussion at QFT on the Berliner Philharmoniker, circus arts and workshop, river boat tour and The Humour of the Troubles According to Martin Lynch.
