This is an exciting time for rural communities. This year marks ten years on from the Belfast Agreement and a year since the restoration of devolution. We now have our own political structure which is making plans for the future.
Those who live and work in rural areas are facing a number of challenges and opportunities in ensuring sustainable futures. To address these, we will all require strong relationships based on trust, equality and rights.
