A mentor offers one-to-one support and guidance over a period of time to another person to help them set and achieve goals and realise their full potential. This training will get you to consider a range fo areas including the aim of your project, recruitment and selection of mentors and mentees, boundaries, procedures and training required for running a successful and safe youth mentoring project.
