This course is for those people with overall responsibility for volunteers within their organisation or project. It looks at key organisational tasks such as developing an organisational policy on involving volunteers and how to define and measure success in your volunteer project.

This course carries OCNNI accreditation (3 credits at Level 2), but accreditation is optional. Participants can decide individually whether they wish to work for the OCNNI credits or simply attend the training.
