Mind the gap is a cross border anti-poverty programme run in partnership between the Northern Ireland Anti-Poverty Network (NIAPN) and the Community Workers Co-operative (CWC) which aims to inform, empower and support people experiencing poverty to ensure there is a better cross-border understanding of the issues as defined by those directly experiencing poverty and promoting social inclusion.
