Ambrose Duffy will deliver this session on "Direct Marketing - making it work" as part of the IOF Annual Fundraising Programme.
Ambrose Duffy, Concern: Ambrose is Head of Individual Giving International for Concern. He has been with the charity for seven years and leads on direct marketing, donor recruitment and retention, and donor development, generating in the region of £30 million for Concern in Ireland and the UK each year.
