John Lyttle will deliver this session on Recruitment and Management of Volunteers as part of the IOF Annual Fundraising Programme.
John Lyttle, British Red Cross: John is a volunteering advisor with the British Red Cross. He has worked in the voluntary sector since 1981 including the design and delivery of projects that have involved volunteers in a wide variety of social and environmental activities. Some of these have attracted local, UK and European awards. His current role is to advise and monitor the Red Cross volunteering strategy, policy and practice and to support and advise Red Cross staff in the management of volunteers.
