Bring back the christmas spirit with these suggestions from Community NI The Department for Social Development has launched an interim website for the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland. The Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Commission is inviting applications for appointment as fee-paid ordinary (lay) members of the Northern Ireland Valuation Tribunal (NIVT). It is intended to make 10 appointments. Late November saw voluntary and community sector leaders from across the UK meet with Government representatives in London to agree a joint action plan for weathering the recession. Notes of the meeting are now available. NICVA wants to encourage the voluntary and community sector to make a big response to the Big Lottery Fund's consultation on its future programmes in Northern Ireland.
