NTF Notice to Strike Off
Companies House has given notice that 3 months from 17 August 2010 NTFUK will be struck off the register and the company dissolved unless cause is shown to the contrary.
Attached is a copy of the notice of the intention to strike off the register initiated by Mark Townley, founder and director of NTF.
It is my understanding that the company will be dissolved on 17 November unless an objection is received before then.
