Many people are familiar with social networking sites and now organisations are getting to grips with how best to use tools like Facebook, blogs, Twitter etc to enhance and increase their services. These communication tools will become even more relevant as a way of saving on distribution costs in economically challenging times.

The Association of Information Managers (NI) seminar and AGM on 12 February 2010 will give information workers a chance to get together, to find out more about developing a strategic approach to using social media and to discuss issues arising from integrating social media into our information services.

The event runs from 10.00am to 2.00pm (lunch included). If you work in an information role then this seminar is for you.
